Role: The lifeguard plays a key role in the sports and leisure sector. They supervise swimming (pools, beaches) to prevent accidents, provide first aid, and teach swimming. They actively contribute to operational and strategic objectives, while ensuring quality and performance on a daily basis.

Main Activities: Ensure compliance with standards and procedures; Analyze needs and propose appropriate solutions; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
