Role: The fish wholesaler plays a key role in the food and retail sector. They buy seafood (fish, shellfish) at the fish market or from fishermen, prepare it (filling, labeling) and sell it to fishmongers or restaurateurs. They actively contribute to operational and strategic objectives, while ensuring quality and performance on a daily basis.

Main Activities: Ensure compliance with standards and procedures; Plan and coordinate daily tasks; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Secondary Activities: Conduct technological or regulatory monitoring; Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
