Role: The Fabmanager plays a key role in the industry and innovation sector. They manage and lead a fab lab (fabrication laboratory), train users on the machines (3D printers, laser cutters), and support manufacturing projects. They actively contribute to operational and strategic objectives, while ensuring quality and performance on a daily basis.

Main Activities: Analyze needs and propose appropriate solutions; Ensure compliance with standards and procedures; Supervise the implementation of projects or interventions

Secondary Activities: Participate in continuing education; Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
