Role: The Building Maintenance Technician plays a key role in the construction and technical services sector. They are responsible for first-level preventive and corrective maintenance of premises and installations (plumbing, electricity, locks, etc.). They actively contribute to operational and strategic objectives, while ensuring quality and performance on a daily basis.
