Role: The early childhood educator plays a key role in the early childhood sector. They design and implement educational and developmental activities for children under 7 years old (in nurseries, daycare centers, hospitals, etc.). They actively contribute to operational and strategic objectives, while ensuring quality and performance on a daily basis.

Main Activities: Plan and coordinate daily tasks; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; analyze needs and propose appropriate solutions

Secondary Activities: Participate in continuing education; Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
